Bookings can be made up to 5 days before the camp start date (i.e. if a camp starts on Monday you can book up to midnight on the previous Tuesday). Late bookings* can be made after the cut off date.

Many camps fill up very quickly so book early to guarantee your place. Bookings for camp will close when they are full but if a camp has some places remaining we may accept late bookings within 5 days of the camp’s start date. To ensure we maintain our “best in class” coach to participant ratio, late bookings can only be accommodated if qualified coaches can be provided and will be at an additional cost as follows:
*Late Bookings - Bookings made within 5 days of the camp start date
** Discount cannot be used on late bookings | Please note that the Keeper Sweeper and the Family Discount apply to bookings made together at the same time.
